Company Program · Ages 12+ · By invitation & audition
Our premier training pathway.
A committed program for dedicated dancers ready to pursue a higher level of technical training, artistry and performance.
About the program
Training with commitment, artistry and purpose.
Our Company Program is the premier training pathway at Pemberton Dance Studio, designed for dedicated dancers who are ready to pursue a higher level of technical training, artistry, and performance.
Throughout the season, Company dancers participate in regional competitions, Finals or Provincial-level events, dance conventions, guest artist workshops, and audition opportunities with respected training programs and organizations. These experiences encourage versatility, resilience, and continued artistic growth both in and beyond the studio.
Our dancers have proudly represented Team Canada in the Acro division for three consecutive years, earned scholarships through competition and convention experiences, and successfully auditioned for programs such as the Vancouver Ballet Society seminars. These accomplishments reflect the dedication of our dancers and the strength of the training they receive.
The Company Program is intended for dancers approximately 12 years of age and older who demonstrate strong technical foundations, particularly in ballet, along with the commitment, work ethic, and passion required for advanced training. Placement is by invitation and audition, ensuring each dancer is prepared for the expectations of the program.
Company members train from September through June and attend 3–4 competitive events each season, with many dancers continuing on to Finals or Provincial-level competitions. This is a committed program where families prioritize dance, regular attendance, and consistent training, creating an environment where dancers are challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
